Job Description

Job locations: Preferred - Seattle or Vancouver, WA, Portland, OR, or Denver, CO. Arlington, VA and Atlanta, GA will also be considered.

Ramboll is seeking a Data Center Key Account Support Specialist to assist its technical project managers, and engineers and scientists to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary due diligence and design projects. This position will require attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and integrate knowledge with large teams (15+), and take on leadership initiatives.

Your new role

As our new Key Account Support Specialist, you will join our team of scientists and engineers preferable located in and associated with our Seattle, Washington office, or working remotely from Vancouver, Washington or Portland, Oregon. Other locations may be considered, including Denver, Colorado, Arlington, Virginia, or Atlanta, Georgia.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing administrative support to Data Center Key Account teams during the project lifecycle (qualification; proposal; execution; final delivery). Duties would include overseeing the formatting and technical editing of proposals and large reports (Microsoft Word; Adobe Acrobat), compilation of client-ready deliverables.
  • Assist Project Owners and Project Managers, and the Business Finance team to establish new project setups/maintain procurement portals, manage MSA/Work Orders, develop reporting templates, process vendor subcontracts (e.g., using templates to onboard new vendors, obtain necessary Health and Safety documentation, track contract edits and revisions, collaborate with Ramboll Legal, maintain vendor insurance documentation).
  • Collaboration with technical teams during the course of project work to assist with various administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, creating and tracking proposal and project milestones/submittal deadlines, recording/preparing meeting minutes and documenting action items, development of presentation materials (based on input from technical team leads).
  • Compile, develop, and maintain Key Account templates (proposals, team resumes, presentation materials, report deliverables).
  • Work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and meet high-quality standards on project deliverables.

About you

  • Proven experience providing administrative support excellence in a relevant industry setting (consulting, legal, civil engineering, government, academic)
  • 6+ years of relevant administrative support experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with large (>15 individuals) teams, based in multiple locations
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline oriented field, requiring independent motivation and team collaboration to meet competing priorities.
  • Experience with managing other administrative support professionals to achieve consistent, high quality, and on-time deliverables

Salary Transparency Statement

At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annualbase salary between $70,000 and $95,000. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, includingexperience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training andskill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
