Supporting the Client POC with two primary functions:
1. Support of all functions related to finance governance, compliance, and program management across 100+ sites in 8 countries.
2. Support clients Global Workplace Services Centers of Excellence (COE) to share insights/best practices and adapt new programs to be communicated and adopted in the Americas Region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as primary POC, trusted partner and dedicated resource/support for client POC managing a high volume of workplace services related functions.

  • Support development of a standardized feedback loop for gathering and channeling regional feedback on process and resources.

  • Support finance functions on behalf of AMER region to ensure client financial accuracy, including Purchase Order management

  • Manage forecasts in client finance tool & reconcile JLL and client financials

  • Facilitate financial performance reviews and discussions with key stakeholders.

  • Work closely with client POC to support program coordination tasks related to the successful delivery of programs and services. Meet and communicate regularly on project status updates.

  • Partner with client POC on scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and note-taking.

  • Partner with client POC to assist in current program priorities to develop and implement consistent global standards. Project support, such as:

    • Formatting & visual improvement of slides, documents, sites, etc.

    • Recording of training presentations & packaging content for broad deployment

    • Follow up and tracking widespread action items (e.g global data requests)

    • Researching data integrity issues

  • Partner with the client POC on other general program tasks, including: tracking & reporting, resource maintenance, site page updates, supporting cross-functional partner team alignment, operational enablement support, and populating communications templates in delivery of Workplace Services Programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution. Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is preferred.

  • 5-10 years experience and previous Program Management experience preferred

  • Basic knowledge of the commercial real estate industry.

  • Financial acumen and basic knowledge of managing client finances.

  • Facilities Management, Finance and/or Project Management experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients

  • Organizational & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business.

  • Ability to multi-task working within a team structure and independently.

  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite including ability to build presentations in Google Slides and create/maintain Google Sheets, including calculate, summarize and filter data.

  • Ability to think "out of the box' and bring creative, non-standard, and innovative ideas

Estimated total compensation for this position:

90,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
