Successful completion of mechanical and electrical training programs is vital to these disciplines. We value professionalism in appearance and demeanor, and it's important you can lift up to 50 pounds. A High School Diploma or General Educational Development certification is also required. Each day, you'll engage in mechanical and electrical repairs, diagnostics, and system upgrades, all while adhering to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and National Fire Protection Association compliance standards. To further support production readiness, you'll collaborate with contractors, lead various projects, and maintain key facility systems, such as fire and building management.
