WHAT-TO- EXPECT-DAY-TO -DAY:



  • Utilize our AI system to update and maintain information in our CRM, Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Manage and organize digital assets using Canto.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Accurately archive all necessary documentation and information to support the proposal closeout process, with the goal of creating a robust CRM database for enhanced marketing support.
  • Merge conference data into Vantagepoint to establish a new project management system for the Marketing Department and company-wide use.
  • Assist with vendor registrations, ensuring all necessary information is collected and submitted in a timely manner.


WHAT YOU NEED:



  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity AI Systems for updating and maintaining a CRM.
  • Experience with design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and problem-solving.
