Pharmacy Compliance Program Coordinator

Collaborates with pharmacy directors, managers, supervisors, clinical pharmacists, and pharmacists who are responsible and accountable for decisions affecting successful accreditation and compliance with enacted federal and state rules and regulations.

What You Will Do

• Participates in the development of policies and procedures related to applicable pharmacy accreditation standards and compliance with federal and state rules and regulations.
• Oversees pharmacy compliance with all USP chapters and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Functions with a high degree of autonomy with all activities subject to quality of service measurements.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
