Talent Acquisition Partner

As a JR TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER, you will serve as a recruiting expert to the business using various channels to recruit potential candidates, contact passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs!

Key Responsibilities:

* Support hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process at PPG.
* Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for current and future job openings.
* Find top talent through various methods, including social networks, community events, and college visits.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified, diverse candidates.
* Share insights on the talent market and suggest recruitment strategies.
* Help managers improve their skills in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
* Ensure compliance with hiring processes and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
* Analyze recruiting metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent.
* At least 1-3 years of recruiting experience including recruitment websites, applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday), and creative sourcing techniques
* Excellent interviewing skills as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to prepare and negotiate offers with candidates.
* Knowledgeable with behavior-based interview techniques.
