Job Summary: Are you a dynamic communicator with a knack for sales? As a Regional Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of developing new prospects and engaging with existing customers primarily by phone. Your efforts will drive sales for our locations in Grandview, TX and Schertz, TX.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Engagement: Maintain frequent communication with our customer base to ensure their satisfaction and gather valuable insights.
  • Sales Growth: Solicit sales orders from existing customers and develop new ones through innovative phone and internet marketing strategies.
  • Lead Qualification: Assist in qualifying leads by gauging interest levels, time frames, and needs, directing them to the appropriate channels.
  • Market Penetration: Execute market penetration strategies using web-based sales leads.
  • Sample Coordination: Communicate sample needs for customers, dealers, and contractors with the plant.
  • Product Promotion: Drive new product sales by introducing customers to our latest offerings.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with account managers to address customer requests and solve problems efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with distributors and enhance sales programs with product managers.
  • Event Participation: Attend shows, product introductions, and various product trainings as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare various reports and correspondence as required.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience in customer service, and experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in computer and business-related software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.).
