Senior Analyst, Data Quality - Office of Advancement Georgetown University comprises two unique campuses in the nation's capital. Requirements The Senior Analyst, Data Quality, Constituent Records, will work closely with teammates to maintain high quality biographical and engagement data in a database of over 800,000 alumni households and donor records for the Georgetown University Office of Advancement. This Salesforce-driven database, GU360, is the foundation for donor strategy, analytics, and communications; the Sr. Analyst will be a key member of the team that ensures this core data is of exceptional quality & consistency. This position will work across teams to create a biographical and engagement data hygiene plan; use SQL, Salesforce dashboards, and other utilities to identify duplicative data and processes; and test new features thoroughly, ensuring the continuity of large amounts of data during transitions. Duties include but are not limited to:
Work Interactions The Constituent Records team oversees biographical and engagement data for the GU360 database. We input, verify, and manage any data that tells us who a person or entity is and what their relationship to Georgetown is. The Constituent Records Sr. Analyst will work collaboratively with a team of 10-15 employees and student workers to proactively identify problematic data or rapidly respond to stakeholder critical errors. Further, the Sr. Analyst is expected to work very closely with other members of the Data team, particularly the Director of Data Integrity, and University Information Services (UIS) developers to resolve large-scale system issues or test new developments. While the Sr. Analyst is not a supervisory position, they will be allocated student workers on a project basis if needed and will be expected to work with the Coordinator to organize full-time staff on data cleaning projects for their respective expertise. Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $41,926.00 - $65,090.00 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
