About This Role
The Program Administrator is responsible for organizing and managing the institutional commitment to nationally competitive scholarships by supporting students throughout their application processes. In collaboration with the director of Scholar Development and Undergraduate Research, key duties include advising students, forming and chairing committees, coordinating publicity and events, and maintaining relationships with scholarship foundations. Additionally, the role involves event planning, collaboration on communications, and leading efforts to enhance student experiences and national scholarship success rates. About Us The Mary Lynn and Warren Staley School of Leadership at Kansas State University is a values-centered learning community that provides an interdisciplinary minor in addition to an array of programs focused on civic engagement and service-learning activities - all with the purpose of educating students for and about leadership. Approximately 1,000 students are enrolled in the Leadership Studies Minor and we reach over 2,500 students through our programs and courses. Worksite Option This position is on-site.
