Our Osteoporosis Management in Women (OMW) program specifically assesses the management of osteoporosis in women aged 67-85. Telephonic and in-home evaluations are performed to assess women of age who have suffered a fracture and subsequently received either a bone mineral density (BMD) test or a prescription for a drug to treat osteoporosis in the six months after a fracture. Primary responsibilities include: Telephonic outreach and conducting in-home visits on assigned recipients in order to complete screenings and assessments. Summary of Qualifications
