Cox Business currently has an opportunity for career-minded technical professionals! We're looking for a Manager of Sales Engineering to support our growing sales organization and product set. The Manager, Sales Engineering is responsible for leading and motivating a team of technical sales professionals to meet or exceed sales and install goals. The individual in this role will provide support and coaching to their staff to meet customers' current and emerging communications needs. This will include supporting the sales acquisition of new customers and increasing account penetration of the existing customer base by delivering innovative technical designs. Target customers include small, medium, and large businesses, including educational, government, carrier, and national accounts. May also support other specific market verticals (such as hospitality). Responsibilities

USD 101,100.00 - 151,700.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $101,100.00 - $151,700.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $30,550.00. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
