* * We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in San Antonio. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and are looking for career growth opportunities with a national law firm, this position could be perfect for you! * * *Customer Service Representative* *Start Date: *Monday, May 12th 2025 *Pay Range: *$17/hr (potential for pay bump upon conversion based on performance) *Contract Length: *3 month contract to hire *Worksite Location: *San Antonio, TX 78216 - On Site *Hours of Operation: *Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm CST & 1 Saturday per month *Schedule: * Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm CST & 1 Saturday per month (for first few months) then transitions to Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm CST & 1 Saturday per month (day off during the week) *Interviews: *In Person on Tuesdays & Thursdays with Manager & Director of Customer Service *Training: *Initial classroom training will be 2 days weeks learning the CRM system & practicing calls (No time off permitted during this time period) *Job Description: * * Manage inbound & outbound calls (50-120 daily) to address customer inquiries, past due payments and develop solutions * Provide clear explanations to customers regarding their bills and balances * Demonstrate consistent outreach efforts to leads on behalf of clients * Present payment options, including negotiating payments in full or establishing payment arrangements * Make a single contact attempt per customer to inform them of their balance * Review and manage accounts to identify adjustments or discrepancies and initiate resolution requests * Maintain accurate customer information and detailed notes in the CUBS (CRM) system * Utilize Noble system for call management (both incoming and outgoing calls) *Qualifications:* * 1-2+ years of recent customer service experience * Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment * High school diploma or GED required (Education verification required) * Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel & Outlook) required * Critical thinking and multi-tasking skills required *Preferred:* * Call center experience * Collections experience *Company Information: * A national law firm specializing in government receivables collection services such as state and local taxes, outstanding court fines, parking tickets, and overdue tolls. *Compliance: * * BG Check (Standard 7 year) * Drug Screen * Reference Check #prioritywest *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
