We are hiring several entry-level Project Manager position with a training program that includes both classroom and on-the-job training. *Job Title: Entry-Level Project Manager* *Location: Remote (CST hours)* *About the Role:* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with previous military experience to join our team as an Entry-Level Project Manager. This position offers a comprehensive training program that combines classroom instruction with hands-on, on-the-job training. The program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in project management within our organization. *Key Responsibilities:* * Participate in a structured training program that includes both classroom learning and practical, on-the-job experience. * Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects under the guidance of experienced project managers. * Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. * Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. * Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. * Prepare and present project reports and documentation. * Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices. *Qualifications:* * Previous military experience is required. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Basic understanding of project management principles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
