*Description*
This role will be supporting Print Presses. They will own everything from communicating to the client on what type of print press they need and The Client will build custom to their requirements. Once they establish this, the Program/Product Manager will work with all levels within to create this for the client from Engineering, Field Services and upper management to make sure this product is delivered to the client. On the back end, this person will be Our Client's point of contact for any issues they have and they must be able to solve these issues utilizing the proper teams/resources to ensure the client is satisfied with the outcome. Responsibilities: * End-to-end success of the product, including customer experience, execution of upgrades, knowledge of technical teams, and more.. * Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful: Routinely exercises independent judgment in taking tradeoff decisions, managing complex situations and risks. Occasionally - manages customer escalations and orchestrates the organizational effort to resolve promptly and satisfy the customer * A team player who can generate strong partnerships with peers (sometimes: global) to draw information and knowledge from, and partner to drive solutions * Needs to be able to clearly see and reflect the wood for the trees, and communicate efficiently with both professional experts on the ground as well as high level executives (internal / external), and able to convey the message in a crisp and engaging manner. *Example of Expectation of the Job: * * Managed the end-to-end lifecycle of large format printing press products, from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation. * Led the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including market research, concept development, and rollout, resulting in a positive increase in market share and revenue growth. * Conducted market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and align product strategies with customer needs. * Coordinated with engineering, design, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment and timely delivery. * Engaged with clients to gather feedback, customize features, and ensure high customer satisfaction. * Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques. *Skills* Product management, Program management, Agile, Scrum, Project management, Product roadmap, User stories, Agile methodology, Pmp, Strategy, Risk management, Cross functional teams, Data, Roadmap, Pmp certification, Digital, Engineering, Pmo, Change management, Stakeholder management, Development, Scrum methodology *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This person must be good with being on site 3 days a week in Alpharetta, GA (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). They are eligible to work remote Monday and Friday. Typical hours are 8am - 5pm, but they are flexible if needed within those hours. (I.E. 8:30am - 5:30pm / 9am - 6pm) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
