Job Overview: One Diversified is looking for a AV Service Technician to service their existing customers. We are looking for an experienced AV service technician or a 5+ year AV installation technician that wants to get into service. Technicians must be able to troubleshoot Crestron and Biamp OR QSC. Experience with AMX, Dante, and/or Extron is a plus. CTS and/or other AV certifications is a huge plus! Candidates must have their own basic hand tools, know how to use a multimeter and trace connection issues. Must be professional and have the ability to interface with enterprise customers. Job Description: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related the following types of equipment and/or systems: * Custom Control systems: Crestron DM and NVX / AMX * Complex audio video systems found in executive board rooms and conference centers * Video teleconferencing equipment and systems * Audio Visual over IP (AVoIP) networks for the use of audio-visual data over LAN, WAN and internet. * Audio DSP based systems to include amplifiers, speakers and microphones * Projection display devices and systems * Video wall equipment and systems. * Digital signage equipment and systems * To a lesser degree: RF Systems (analog and digital) Other Responsibilities: * Ability to conduct preventative maintenance testing * Site surveys related to service agreement quotes * Ability to write concise service reports and or system site surveys * Excellent verbal and written skills * Ability to successfully manage multiple service projects Experience: * 2 years minimum of AV service experience OR 5 years minimum of AV installation experience Other: * Must maintain a valid driver's license with clean driving record * Must be able to stand, kneel and/or crouch for long periods of time * Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding * Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds * Must be able to work in high places, as well as small, cramped places * Must be able to work in hot humid places, as well as cold places Top Skills: AV, Audiovisual, Cat6, Audio, Service, VTC, Video Conferencing, Installation, Troubleshooting, Crestron, Biamp, QSC, AMX, Dante, Extron Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Customer interfacing * Clean driving record - candidates will drive their own vehicle and get mileage * Dependable Experience Level: Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.98 - $40.98/hr.
