*OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST GAMING/GAMBLING CORPORATIONS IN THE AREA * *FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT * *ALBANY, NY (on site only)* *MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM * *$17.50/HR* *Qualifications: * * 2 years of call center experience or office experience * Excellent communication skills (bilingual Spanish preferred but not required) * Microsoft Office proficient *Description: * We are seeking dedicated and professional candidates to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for NYS lottery retailers. The primary responsibilities of this role include: * *Retailer Engagement:* * * Contacting NYS lottery retailers, including gas stations, stores, and other establishments. * Assessing the current state of lottery card inventory and ensuring retailers are well-stocked. * *Order Management:* * * Placing orders for new lottery products and reorders as needed. * Ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders to meet retailer demands. * *Call Volume:* * * Making 100-140 calls per day, with the majority of calls being brief and efficient. * Engaging with current customers who are typically expecting the calls, eliminating the need for cold calling. * *Customer Interaction:* * * Conducting calls to gas stations in busier areas, which tend to be brief (around one to two minutes). * Having longer, more detailed conversations with smaller stores to educate them about product lines and address any questions. * *Product Knowledge:* * * Providing comprehensive information about lottery products to retailers. * Assisting retailers in understanding and promoting lottery products effectively. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
