The position supports our internal/external clients by developing highly visual and creative presentations and marketing materials. Incumbent will work on a variety of highly visible and high-profile initiatives, including corporate branding, highly customized presentations, and other sales and marketing deliverables. This role will require the ability to be able to translate ideas and information into a clean and visual execution, including infographics, photography, charts, and transitions, while ensuring brand consistency throughout all deliverables.

What you will do:

• Design and execute highly creative presentations that align with key messages and brand guidelines
• Create creative presentation templates and master slides for our clients
• Ensure consistency of message and design across presentation materials
• Create high-end charts, graphs, tables, icons, graphics, and image manipulation for slides (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills required)
• Ability to embed video and links in presentations
• Clean design skills, ability to take heavy content and visually execute a simple, intuitive and straightforward solution
• Ability to visually articulate our products, offerings, values and multiple brands
• Develop and advocate best practices and remain current with design and technology advancements
• Support design team with production edits and as needed deliverables

What you will bring:

• Associates or Bachelor of Arts degree in design
• 5+ years' experience in related field
• Expert experience in PowerPoint with 5+ years of experience developing highly creative presentations that tell a story
• Advanced skills in typography, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong analytical thinking with working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly expanding business environment
• Must have a portfolio of presentations and/ or marketing collateral

Base Salary Range

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
