As the central hub for HR assistance, our People Services function is crucial in providing Tier 1 support to colleagues across the business.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our regional team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. You'll be the go-to person for escalating and resolving ongoing issues, triaging incoming questions, and providing expert guidance.

Your leadership will be key in training and communicating with our People Services Specialists, driving improved processes and best practices. Additionally, you'll manage various projects within the People Services space, contributing to our continuous growth and success. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 7 years' experience in a related role (HR Operations focused role)
  • Global, publicly traded company experience

It would be great if you also had...

  • Experience leading a dispersed/international team based on different countries
  • Experience using Workday, Docusign, Excel, and Word
  • Project Management experience

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Lead a regional professional team to deliver an excellent colleague support experience across the America's region.
  • Propose process design and improvement in conjunction with key COEs and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with People Services leadership to develop efficient processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members to ensure consistent adherence to SOPs and ensure delivery against established SLAs, KPIs.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the various HR COEs to ensure that the services delivered support their aims and requirements.
  • Provide oversight, ensures strong quality control, and reviews processes in place to maintain up to date HR knowledge articles, internal procedures, and guides, as well as documentation.
  • Ensure engagement and collaboration with business leaders and other COEs on topics which may be raised through the case management system, and ensure escalation as required.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as required. Work closely with members of the HR Team to ensure that transactions and queries are completed.
  • Manage a team of colleagues.
  • Lead, direct and review the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department.
  • Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.
  • Understand and explain policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team.
  • Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage and promote colleague success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.
  • Provide primary input and recommendations on staffing decisions for the team.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of HR Technology and People Services. You'll have a team of 2 direct reports based in the United States

Hours of Work

This is a full-time, hybrid position working within commutable distance to one of our US office locations with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
