Summary:

The Data Analyst will shape long-term understanding and impact of training, understand context and operationalize research constructs into field studies as indicated by the Government.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Track and present actionable metrics for qualitative assessments, scaling data management and outputs in accordance with the Government's needs.
  • Implement modeling features and methods to develop custom architectures and application integration for program execution.
  • Ensure data security measures and methods are current and implemented throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Work with OHWS customers to develop comprehensive operational and strategic data analytics plans and solutions.
  • Analyze data sets to provide customers with actionable metrics and insights.
  • Create visualizations of physiological and psychological key performance indicators (KPIs) for customers.
  • Develop presentations and reports to facilitate customer understanding of various data sets.
  • Collaborate with developers to structure input, analytic tools, and processes within the data management system.
  • Work with OHWS staff, including coaches and managers, to distill actionable meanings from data sets and inform program improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Additionally, be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, applications, and state-of-the-art technology in the position's scientific area of responsibility to provide direction and guidance on critical and complex issues.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing to make clear, convincing presentations.
  • Knowledge of the rules, procedures, and principles that govern intramural and extramural program development, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making; capable of working independently with ability to multitask successfully.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must meet minimum requirements per the assigned workforce role 422 - Data Analyst in the intermediate proficiency level IAW DoDM 8140.03 Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program.
  • Minimum 2+ years' data mining and/or 4+ years in a data analyst role. Proficient understanding and working knowledge of computer, e-mail, voice mail, and telephone texts to perform duties.
  • Must has a favorable Tier 3 (T3) security investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any advanced related certifications.
