We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to join our team. This role offers valuable real-world experience in business operations, project coordination, and administrative support. You'll work closely with multiple departments and gain insight into the inner workings of a dynamic organization by assisting with daily office administration activities including organizing and stocking supplies, coordinating meetings, preparing for events, reorganizing offices, and other miscellaneous duties.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions.
  • Help streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments on various initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or department heads.

Essential Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented but able to work independently when needed.
  • Ability and willingness to flex as needed to ensure a smooth running business.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Good application skills of Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.

Applies a sense of urgency to resolve problems or creates opportunities that will increase productivity and create value. Shares best practices with other employees across the business.

Accountability: Accepts responsibility and accessibility for both the strategic planning and the successful implementation of all projects, programs, and duties as outlined in this job description. Advises supervisor of concerns, problems, and progress of work in a timely manner.
