The Job

Provide training support to the Sales Department in the development and delivery of curriculum via face-to face trainings, workshops, and webinar (live or recorded) sessions. Participate in the identification of knowledge gaps for performance improvement, to ensure compliance and sales agents meet and exceed sales goals.

You Will

Assist in implementing training standards and requirements for internal/external Sales representatives.

Provide facilitation and training to Sales staff through multiple mediums, such as classroom face-to-face, web-based courses and performing in-the-field evaluations.

Assist in the design and development of training curriculum to ensure compliance and increase sales performance.

Produce training materials, booklets, binders and job aides/tools for all training classes, meetings, and sales department events.

Uses SCAN specific Learning Management System to schedule classes, track test scores and review completion status of individual sales agents and for management reporting purposes.

Provides recommendations for performance monitoring and process improvement training enhancements based on feedback and/or experience in the field.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications



  • GED/ High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years Healthcare Industry experience
  • 2+ years' design and development of training curriculum experience
  • 2+ years' presenting, facilitating, and delivering training experience
  • Strong communication, including extensive presentation experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Familiar with digital press (copy machine) for the fulfillment of training material
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
  • Occasional travel as needed
