The Precise Systems Senior Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting technical end-user training programs for the NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) tool suite, specifically the CDRL Tool. This is a Remote position. The candidate will be responsible for both the education and use of the AMS tool suite as well as how to manage with visualizations/reports within the system. The candidate will interface with senior leaders/stakeholders across all customer services/agencies to coordinate requirement needs. The candidate will determine training objectives, develop high quality training materials, and provide varied format end-user training sessions. The audience will include people with a wide range of computer skills and educational levels and vary in size from just a few people in a private setting, to symposium size audiences. The Technical Trainer will interface regularly with technical SME's (e.g. developers, web designers, system administrators, and application experts). Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $68,090.42 to $102,135.62 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
