Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Unload pallets from trucks to the Loading Dock.
* Select pallets to process according to irradiation orders and directions from other staff.
* Initiate Radiation Orders, following presented instructions on loading orientation.
* Load and unload boxes from a conveyor
* Assist QA inspector placing and affixing cm size sensors inside product as part of dose mapping.
* Contribute ideas and observations during morning huddle meeting.
* Maintain a safe, organized and clean work area. What You Need to Succeed
* Safety Awareness - Ability to identify hazards in your work area and look after your safety and your teammates.
* Honesty/Integrity - Able to follow rules and procedures.
* Energetic - Ability to work at a quick pace for a sustained period.
* Detail Oriented - Able to pay attention to the smallest details.
* Fine motor skills - Able to do detailed work requiring manual dexterity.
* Eager to Learn - Asks lots of questions
* Physical - Able to stand for an extended period of time. Able to stoop, bend at the waist and reach above your head with a box. Able to lift up to 45lbs.
* Team Player - Willing to learn multiple positions and help wherever necessary.
* Flexible - Strong ability to adapt to changing conditions and complete various tasks.
* Able to communicate closely with Supervisor and address in a respectful manner all team members.
* Be able to work with or without supervision to ensure machines, equipment's, and priorities are meeting safety, quality, and production goals.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience & Skills:
