We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team at Admiral Beverage. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting a diverse range of high-quality products. Your expertise and passion will directly contribute to expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the food and beverage landscape, and a self-motivated, highly organized approach to sales. You will collaborate closely with both the marketing and production teams to develop strategies that align with business goals. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least21 years of agedue to the nature of the products being delivered and sold.

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

  • In-depth knowledge of the beer industry, including trends, products, and market needs.

  • Validdriver's licensewith a clean driving record.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to operate mobile smartphone devices.

  • Ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision.

  • Availability of workingweekends and holidaysas required by business needs.Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, and to talk or hear.

  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Territory Management: Travel through your assigned territory to engage with regular and prospective customers, solicit orders, and drive new business.

  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional selling approaches, regular communication, and by delivering exceptional service.

  • Product Displays & Stock Management: Ensure all products are rotated based on "first-in, first-out" guidelines, manage product displays, and optimize stock placement in-store to maximize product visibility and sales.

  • Operational & Administrative Tasks: Safely operate and maintain the route vehicle, prepare reports on business transactions, and keep accurate expense accounts.

  • Promotions & Marketing: Use company-provided marketing resources, point-of-sale materials, and promotional ideas to enhance customer experience and drive product sales.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED. 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including in one-on-one or small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees.

  • Mathematical Skills: Able to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and compute rate, ratio, and percentages.

  • Reasoning skills: Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to address issues involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Environment:

  • Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

  • Moderate noise level.
