Job Summary:

Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Manage the end-to-end programs for assigned locations, including session coordination, attendance tracking & facilitation; creates a high energy & engaging experience to maximize employee learning
  • Develop, prepare, and ensure all materials are kept up to date and designed in compliance with all local, state, and federal industry requirements
  • Partners with the Harvard Protection Services Training Team and serves as the local subject matter expert on Harvard's learning management system
  • Updates training records in Harvard's LMS and ensure accuracy in training documenting and reporting
  • Delivers training content and management of training programs aimed at developing our direct labor workforce, which may include compliance training, and supervisor/manager training
  • Develop and prepare training and development related bulletins and customized material (monthly) for our employees, managers, and clients, as appropriate
  • Continued review of training needs and develop recommendations for program that increase overall effectiveness and efficiency
  • Oversee manager orientation program delivery. Modules to include safety, field technology use, scheduling/payroll, administrative support, responding, HR & Progressive Disciplinary policies


Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in training, coaching, and developing frontline employees, preferably in the Security Guarding Services industry
  • Experience in Security Guarding Services on-site client management, a plus
  • Knowledge of or associations with ASIS and other industry-related organizations
  • Strong presentation & facilitation skills
  • Ability to consult and work collaboratively, but also to self-manage
  • Ability to multitask, and quickly adapt to changes in work assignments
  • Attention to detail and strong administration skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Project and deadline oriented
  • Comfort using and learning new technologies to support development and delivery of materials


Compensation

Harvard is offering a competitive salary structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
