Responsibilities

Old National Bank is currently looking to fill the position of Mortgage Sales &Support Manager. The Mortgage Sales & Support Manager will be responsible for providing sales support and training for the Consumer Banking Mortgage division. Partners with Mortgage Regional Sales Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new Residential Sales Managers and Lenders. The incumbent will have a thorough understanding of Mortgage lending procedures, processes and regulations in order to create onboarding plans, update processes and implement effective training programs.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $121,300 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    Minimum of 8 years of Mortgage and/or sales support experience
  • High School diploma required; BA preferred
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and implementation skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point
  • Proven data analysis experience
  • Positions requires the need to travel to other ONB locations for meetings and events

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboarding training and support to Regional Managers, Sales Managers, Mortgage Loan Officers and Mortgage Sales Assistants
  • Conduct required in-person training programs for newly hired mortgage lending staff
  • Collaborate with internal training partners to implement mortgage training objectives
  • Host Conference Calls / in person meetings to answer questions from the field, launch new programs, processes and / or initiatives
  • Lead semi-annual collaborative sessions to create and update training curriculum
  • Review compliance audits to identify trends that may be related to deficient sales training
  • Partner with Regional Managers and Sales Managers to identify training needs for Mortgage Loan Officers and Sales Assistants
  • Perform other duties as assigned
