We currently have a full-time opening for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. Who You Are Will play a vital role within the HR team, offering support across various HR disciplines and assisting team members in achieving departmental goals. This position is responsible for managing essential HR processes, including new employee and leadership onboarding, coordinating meetings and events, facilitating internal employee communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting recruitment efforts. Compensation Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 per year. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs.
