Job Title: Operations Account ManagerLocation: TX - Dallas/IrvingWhat you'll do: As a Operations Account Manager you'll be lead a team of Operations Account Representatives who are responsible for the operational management of client relationships, ensuring quality client service by maintaining client accounts (pipeline management); including managing aged loans, leading regular client calls, and escalations as needed. You'll also lead your team in facilitating loan review throughput, meeting client and organizational expectations regarding service level, productivity, and quality. Partner with different lines of business and internal operational support teams to deliver a superior client experience to our correspondent clients. You'll work with our correspondent clients, Sales Partners and internal groups ensuring frictionless client service.
