THE JOB:

As an Apprentice Bartender, you will be responsible for assisting the bartender and maintain the appearance of the bar. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.6545 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist the bartender with drink preparation, mixes, and garnishes.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area.

• Ensure sufficient stock of beverages, supplies, and products.

• Set up, label, stock, and deliver alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, and supplies.

• Clean tools and equipment.

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Deliver high-level guest service and promptly respond to guest needs.

• Handle minor guest complaints and escalate when necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years old or older.

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask efficiently.

• Maintains a positive attitude and professionalism at all times.

• Has basic knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations.
