Job Posting Title Senior HR Generalist Job Description Summary #TeamAAM is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Bluffton, Indiana. This is a fully onsite position. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude and has a customer-centric approach to support associates, leaders, and others to meet business needs. Experience with Workday or another cloud-based HRIS platform is preferred. The ability to speak Spanish in addition to English (bilingual) is strongly preferred. Facilitates new hire orientations. Supports coaching associates. Assists with HR compliance activities such as Applicant Flow Logs and Unemployment Claims. Supports organizational change materials and processing. Completes special human resources projects and supports associate engagement events. Maintains confidence and keeps information confidential. Follows legal requirements by making sure adherence to requirements. Contributes to human resources and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results. All other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Education High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience.
