  • Estimated annual base pay: $80.000 (minimum) - $100.000 (midpoint) - $120.000 (maximum)

We're seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor who is passionate about driving teams toward success and achieving operational excellence. Weekend Night Shift:Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 12-hour shifts starting at 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee shift transitions by reviewing prior shift notes, addressing escalations or risks, setting daily priorities, and coordinating team alignment on objectives, call-offs, and vacations.
  • Monitor safety, quality, and delivery metrics, conduct Gemba walks, and address deviations through corrective actions to ensure smooth operations and adherence to protocols.
  • Provide leadership through coaching, one-on-one meetings, and addressing team member concerns while supporting professional development and progression readiness.
  • Resolve escalations by addressing ANDON signals, actively working on issues, and maintaining communication during shift pass downs to ensure continuous operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks like approving time-off requests, assessing overtime needs, and overseeing staffing requirements, certifications, and training to meet operational demands.

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Clear and concise communication skills to ensure alignment with team members, leads, and stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Strong ability to quickly identify, address, and resolve operational issues, including escalations and ANDON signals.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and processes, with expertise in tracking metrics, processing corrective actions, and meeting operational goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage shift transitions, daily priorities, staffing needs, and administrative tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure thorough management and documentation of operations, safety, and quality actions.
