Description

Under direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor coordinates and supervises day to day clinic operations site activities including, but not limited to, patient reception and scheduling, employee engagement, administrative support, resolution of patient issues, staff scheduling and coverage. This is a full-time opportunity at based at our Saint Paul - Midway MN Occupational Health (MOH) campus. This role may also require flexibility to pick up shifts at any/all of our MOH Campuses as needed. Monday - Friday schedule of 7:30am - 4:00pm (subject to change).
Summit's hiring range for this position is $55,463 to $69,329 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. Bachelors (preferred)
High School (required) Experience
5 years: Five years of increasingly responsible experience in a healthcare and/or clinical setting. Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred. (required)
