Under direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor coordinates and supervises day to day clinic operations site activities including, but not limited to, patient reception and scheduling, employee engagement, administrative support, resolution of patient issues, staff scheduling and coverage.

This is a full-time opportunity at based at our Saint Paul - Midway MN Occupational Health (MOH) campus. This role may also require flexibility to pick up shifts at any/all of our MOH Campuses as needed. Monday - Friday schedule of 7:30am - 4:00pm (subject to change).



  • Must be knowledgeable of and comply with all confidentiality requirements related to assigned healthcare business activities and management of patient records, including but not limited to compliance and HIPAA Regulations.
  • Must be knowledgeable of and comply with all safety requirements and practices related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, systems and objectives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration systems.
  • Capable of relating to diverse age, demographic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, physicians, and patients.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to excursive initiative, sound judgement and problem-solving techniques in the decision making process.
  • Knowledge of and ability to work within a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite or related software, electronic medical record system, electronic practice management software, etc.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality related to employee information and sensitive leadership information.
  • Ability to function well in a high paced and at times stressful environment.


Summit's hiring range for this position is $55,463 to $69,329 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. In addition to our base salary, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that aligns with our vision of leading a healthy and active lifestyle. This includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off and 401(k)/profit sharing retirement plan. If you are hired at Summit, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Education
Bachelors (preferred)
High School (required)
Experience
5 years: Five years of increasingly responsible experience in a healthcare and/or clinical setting. Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred. (required)
