The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Parcel Analyst to support our Global Logistics team. Based in El Segundo, CA, this role will focus on parcel carrier performance, rate analysis, dashboard development, and scenario-based modeling to drive strategic fulfillment decisions. The ideal candidate brings at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics role, preferably within a DTC environment.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Analyze parcel shipping data across multiple carriers (domestic and international) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs such as cost-per-shipment, on-time delivery, and transit time performance.
  • Perform rate comparisons and evaluate carrier service levels to support vendor selection and contract negotiations.
  • Build and present scenario-based models to forecast cost and service implications of changes to fulfillment strategies (e.g., new carriers, warehouse locations, volume shifts).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, planning, and tech teams to ensure alignment on logistics goals and execution.
  • Assist in quarterly business reviews with key parcel partners, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier updates, and technology that can impact parcel logistics strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, operations, or supply chain analytics role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience with rate modeling and cost comparison across multiple parcel carriers.
  • Familiarity with scenario-based modeling to support strategic planning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present data-driven findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated agrowth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a DTC, eCommerce, or consumer goods company.
  • Knowledge of fulfillment operations, 3PLs, and international shipping processes.
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., Centiro, EasyPost, or similar tools).

The annual base salary range for this position is between $68,000 and $85,000.
