Join Chromalloy as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and lead our team to ensure top-notch product quality. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll perform inspection duties and supervise a team to ensure quality assurance and inspection activities are maintained in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be responsible of assuring compliance with stablished quality standards. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Significant interface with customers and relationship building.
- Lean and 6 Sigma experience with ability to facilitate and drive a Continuous Improvement Culture at CNY
- Responsible for overall Quality systems at CNY
- The control of the Repair Station and Quality Manual and other referenced documentation and procedures to meet 14 CFR part 145 requirements.
- Interfacing with the FAA and any National Airworthiness Authority on all matters pertaining to quality.
- Maintain procedures to ensure all regulatory data applicable to the Repair Station is received, reviewed and followed.
- Ensuring the Technical Library is current and complete with all pertinent FAA Regulations, Engine Manufacturer's Manuals, Manufacturer's Specifications, Service Bulletins, and all other contractual information configurable to internal Work Instructions.
- Ensuring that a system is established to store and maintain traceable performance records in accordance with 14 CFR Part 145.
- Maintaining a system of controlled materials in compliance with 14 CFR Part 145.
- Ensuring that internal and external audits, are accomplished and corrective actions are issued and followed through to correct any deficiencies and discrepancies observed.
- Ensure that employee training is performed as described in the CNY Training Program Manual.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified candidate must have 5- 10 years Manufacturing and Quality Assurance experience in the Aerospace industry, ideally at an FAA approved. Repair Station.
- Must have strong compliance and regulatory experience, skilled in developing and implementing Quality Systems. Lean and 6 Sigma, business acumen, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and motivated to move the organization to the next level.
- Skilled in relationship building, confident, firm, empowering and positive in his/her approach to people both internal and external customers.
- Associates Required. B.S. in Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical. MBA a plus.
