JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Berks is seeking applicants for the position of a Case Manager & Academic Support Coordinator. This position will report to the Director of Student Affairs. The Case Manager & Academic Support Coordinator is a divisional leader who will serve as the primary campus case manager (non-clinical) for students with behavioral and academic support needs. In collaboration with the Student Success Center and Academic Support Units, the Case Manager & Academic Support Coordinator will develop strategies to assist academically at-risk students in recovering and/or assist students in designing success plans to advance retention, persistence, and on-time graduation goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to supporting students in distress, diversity, equity, and inclusion; the ability to work independently with minimal supervision across multiple units with multiple policies; and collaborate with campus faculty and staff, students, families, and health providers. This role will serve as the primary point of contact to respond to students in distress through interventions, referrals, and connections to follow-up services. Job Responsibilities:
