In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.

YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design both eLearning and instructor-led solutions within the Platform Solutions Team. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience managing multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment delivering a training product that is both comprehensive and cohesive. In this role, the candidate will be required to collaborate and consult with subject matter experts to identify training needs and design learning solutions to enhance and improve the learning process. This role may also require mentoring and coaching of others. The right candidate will be proactive, articulate, efficient, organized and detail oriented.

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience managing multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment delivering world class experiences. In this role, the candidate will be required to collaborate and consult with business leaders, technology, product, compliance, and risk teams to design learning solutions that are supported by adult learning principles and create best-in-class customer experiences and target key business goals. This role may also require mentoring and coaching of junior team members. The right candidate will be proactive, articulate, meticulous, efficient, and planful.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Minimum +3 years of extensive instructional design experience that includes executing full ADDIE model
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design strategies
  • Conduct all the following to determine training necessity:

    • Needs analysis
    • Job analysis
    • Task analysis
    • Content analysis

  • Recommend instructional strategies based on:

    • Training analysis findings
    • Resources
    • Learning objectives
    • Target audience
    • Instructional modality

  • Write measurable, performance-based learning objectives aligned to business priorities
  • Ability to create both text-based and visual learning storyboards
  • Exceptional ability to take complex, hard-to-understand topics and make them easy to understand
  • Develop performance-based assessment strategies to determine training efficacy
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder and relationship management skills - the ability to be seen as a learning consultant to the business
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360, Storyline 360
  • Strong eye for modern design aesthetic and an ability to follow a style guide to maintain brand


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Previous experience designing materials for a financial institution
  • Secondary degree with an emphasis Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Writing or similar
  • Project management
  • Graphic design
  • Video production
  • Experience using an LMS
