The primary focus of the Loan Management team is to manage commercial real estate debt products, including core, bridge and construction loans secured by industrial, multi-family, retail, office, and hotel properties across the continental United States and Mexico. POSITION The Senior Associate-Asset Manager will be responsible for the active, front-line management of a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans. REQUIREDSKILLS
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT A four-year bachelor's degree is required preferably in real estate, finance, economics, accounting or another business degree with an investment focus. Pay Transparency Salary Range:$85,000-$105,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
