What You'll Be Doing:

• Tracks, analyzes, investigates, and resolves service billings and inquiries in relation to contract.
• Provides information and recommendations to management to ensure contract terms and goals are aligned with customers and company needs.
• Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
• Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information.
• Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions.
• Applies fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures to analytical work.

Required:

• SAP and Excel experience
• 2-4 years of billing experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Outstanding customer orientation and service focus
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
