Maintenance Repair Technician

• Monitor and refill machine oil levels, checking fluid reservoirs and maintaining proper fluid concentrations.
• Perform fluid-related maintenance tasks, such as cleaning sump screens, changing filters, and removing chips.
• Use smartphone to record data and download necessary apps (company instructions provided).
• Support change-outs of metalworking fluid systems and monitor fluid inventories.
• Cross-train in additional tasks such as cleaning cooling fans and emptying hoppers.
• Conduct lubricant and coolant lab checks as needed.
• Perform other duties to support the facility's daily operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant experience accepted).
• Mechanical aptitude preferred; CNC machinery experience a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable with frequent walking, lifting (up to 50lbs unassisted), and physically active work.
• Ability to accurately read and understand measurement devices.
• Must wear steel-toe shoes (required for interview and daily work).
