Hours & Pay:



  • Pay Rate: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire



What You'll Be Doing:

In this key role, you'll coordinate and perform hands-on restoration work while leading a team to deliver excellent customer service. As the frontline face of our client's brand, you'll be responsible for:



  • Supervising and supporting Restoration Technicians to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on job sites
  • Managing the entire restoration process, from project planning to execution and documentation
  • Monitoring site safety conditions and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
  • Performing detailed inspections, managing job files, and maintaining accurate project records
  • Training and coaching team members to maintain high service standards
  • Handling vehicle, equipment, and facility maintenance tasks
  • Communicating clearly with management and office staff on job progress and needs
  • Responding to emergency calls and working in challenging environments when needed



What You'll Need to Succeed:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction (Supervisory experience preferred)
  • IICRC certifications are preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, stand or walk for extended periods, work in tight spaces, and perform manual labor in varying environmental conditions
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in fire, smoke, water damage, and biohazard environments
  • Availability for occasional emergency response work outside normal hours
