Shift Options



  • Weekday Day Shift | 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)
  • Weekday Night Shift | 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Monday - Thursday)
  • Weekend Day Shift | 5 AM - 5 PM (Friday - Sunday)
  • Weekend Night Shift | 5 PM - 5 AM (Friday - Sunday)
  • Pay Range | $19 - $22 per hour



Requirements



  • 1 year of supervisory experience (50+ employees)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift 40 pounds



Onsite Supervisor Summary

The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by blending hands-on administrative tasks such as scheduling employees, managing shift operations, assisting with training, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensuring Order Fulfillment: Ensure proper staffing levels are delivered each day.
  • Staffing Requirements: Coordinate and forecast staffing needs with the client team and Staffmark's onsite team, ensuring alignment.
  • Orientation and Training: Oversee new hires by organizing orientations, training, and temporary employee assignments.
  • Quality Control: Ensure accuracy in payroll, invoicing, and timekeeping processes to maintain compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide regular performance reviews for temporary employees and use this data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Counseling Temporary Employees: Address concerns related to attendance, productivity, and job performance while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Information Management: Accurately input information into various systems and maintain up-to-date details about onsite employees.
  • Safety and Health: Participate in safety requirements, conduct accident reviews, and ensure all adherence to safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Employee Development: Implement programs and activities aimed at improving employee performance metrics such as absenteeism and turnover rates.
  • Communication: Regularly update the leadership team on account status and progress through internal and external communications channels.
