Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience in forecasting and inventory management
  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering technology, or a related field
  • Experience in extracting and analyzing data including using computer software
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in data analysis
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds



Market Demand Planner Job Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for building accurate demand plans, combining statistical forecasts, sales intelligence, and other key inputs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:



  • Develop accurate demand forecasts using statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales, supply chain, and customers to align demand and inventory levels.
  • Maintain the forecasting database for the 12-month rolling planning process.
  • Communicate forecast changes across teams and ensure alignment with production and logistics.
  • Participate in the annual sales planning process and monthly S&OP forecasting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize forecasting accuracy and inventory management.



Schedule | Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)

Salary | $80,000 - $90,000
