Are you ready to take your HVAC career to the next level? We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team, helping deliver exceptional service and comfort solutions to residential and commercial customers. If you're passionate about quality workmanship, professional customer service, and being part of a strong team, we want to hear from you!

Pay rate: $25 - $40/hr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (with a rotating on-call weekend)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform complete service and maintenance of residential and commercial HVAC systems using an up-front pricing model.
  • Carry out seasonal maintenance to ensure efficient and reliable operation of comfort systems.
  • Support installation crews to help complete projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Safely operate, transport, and maintain all HVAC tools and equipment, including specialized electronics like tablets, CO analyzers, air compressors, and more.
  • Consistently use PPE and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Participate in a mandatory on-call rotation, with overtime opportunities that are compensated accordingly.
  • Foster a cooperative, team-oriented work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with office staff for follow-up appointments, parts ordering, warranty processing, and scheduling updates.
  • Maintain organized records for parts ordering and job repairs with proper customer approval.
  • Deliver clear, professional communication with customers about their HVAC systems and service needs.




Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of HVAC Service Tech field experience
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the overall team
