The Role: Our site in Colorado Springs is seeking a Contract Quality Technician to its growing team! The Quality Technician will complete a variety of tasks to ensure product compliance to established quality standards. The Quality Technician provides leadership for key quality processes for the plant such as troubleshooting metrology equipment, coordinating vendor quality notifications, support incoming and measurements, and managing inventory. What You'll Do: -Lead site inventory program for EUV and ensure inventory levels meet plant objectives -Coordinate all vendor quality notifications; reviewing new quality notifications, assigning and monitoring tasks, determining and approving dispositions, and reviewing for closure -Support incoming and final visual inspections, as needed -Assist troubleshooting process to minimize downtime of metrology tools -Assist New Product Development activities (development of inspection methods, data collection for Validation and qualification, etc.) to ensure products released to manufacturing meet quality performance goals -Assist to review procedures, work instructions, test specifications, and other documents -Assist to develop, create, review, and approve production records (batch records), releases products and generates Certificate of Analysis -Scheduling and leading meetings, assigning and completing tasks, and verifying process execution -Assist First Article inspections, Capability Studies, and Measurement Systems Analysis as required -Participate in process audits to ensure compliance with applicable procedures -Support incoming and production measurements, as needed What We Seek: -High School degree or GED with a minimum of 3 years of Quality experience, or a minimum of two years of college/trade school and 2 years of Quality experience, or Associate's Degree (AS) or equivalent with 1 year of QA experience -Experience using a variety of measurement equipment including CMM's, calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, dial indicator, surface plate, and optical comparators -Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, at all plant organizational levels -Strong attention to detail, active listening skills, willing to learn, be hands on and work independently in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment -Experience as a Quality Tech in a semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred -Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Experience with ERP system (SAP Preferred) -Lean and Six Sigma Yellow belt or similar quality certification preferred Outstanding Candidates Will Have: What We Offer: At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
