MBA Summer Associate - Cognizant Consulting

As a Summer Associate, you play a key role with responsibilities that range from:

• Helping prepare solution constructs and business cases to applying Data science / AI for specific industry use-cases
• Participating and contributing to solution ideas for the Data - AI Consulting practice (Willing to work on prototype development)
• Willing to help with business-building activities (e.g. offering development, marketing campaigns)
• Supporting teams in consultative selling, preparing targeted value propositions

• Currently pursuing MBA from top tier Business School (you would intern between the 1st and 2nd year of your MBA program)
• Overall, pre-MBA work experience of 3 to 6 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• MBA with focus on Business Analytics and undergrad degree in Data Science, Analytics, Math, Stats, etc.

• Conversant with basics Data analytics, data-science, analytics, and the use in business
• Conversant with concepts, theory and practical aspects of GenAI and some of the tools / technologies used
• Business aspects of GenAI and AI (e.g. how GenAI / AI can be used in marketing)
• Strong analytical thinking
• Good communication, presentation skills and collaborative ways of working
• Work independently as well as in a team environment, and balance multiple task assignments
• Ability to develop client relationships
• Strong work ethic with a dedication to client service excellence
• Strong project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
• A strong interest in technology and digital modernization
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

This position will be located in Dallas-TX, New York or New Jersey.

The internship will last 9 weeks, starting in June 2025.

The annual salary for this position is $140,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Summer associates will be hired at a prorated salary dependent upon the number of weeks they work.
