Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company! The primary function of the Intern is to assist and support specific departments to increase your knowledge and skill set. Depending on the department, you will be responsible for conducting research, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with clerical duties. You will also be asked to work on special projects and tasks. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Front desk duties of answering the administrative office phone line and greeting guests.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and drop off outgoing mail/FedEx.
- Office supply and business card orders.
- Assist departments with projects and tasks; act as support if a need arises.
- Enter and review data into spreadsheets.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work and manage time effectively.
- Self-starter, able to work independently.
- Able to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
- Will occasionally move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
