Position Summary:

As our Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, you will be responsible for shipping, packing, receiving, and various other functions of our warehouse. You'll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, and fast (high-mix/low-volume) manufacturing operation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience with the company's products or electronics sales is preferred
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to independently prioritize workload
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, and Microsoft Business Central
• Must be aggressive and persuasive with perseverance and diplomacy
• This position reports directly to the Operations Manager

• Oversees Receiving activity
• Oversees Shipping
  
  
  
  • Incoming inspection of products
  • Verify count, qty, and value-added products
  • Utilize UPS, FEDEX, and other shipping carriers
  • Supervise the existing shipping/receiving department daily
  • Stock samples in the allocated area
  • Working with the open order report to generate shipping documents
  • Pull orders from inventory and package for shipment
  • Receive container shipments (loading and unloading)
  • Drive a forklift
  • Processing jobs in Business Central(Work orders and inventory)
  
  
  
  
• Maintain files that are put into storage and assist Document Control in the retrieval and destruction of obsolete documents per Company policy
• Ensure warehouse facilities are kept in an orderly and clean manner according to the Company's 5S policy
• Work closely with the Production Managers, Inventory Manager, Quality Manager, and Operations Manager. Possess leadership skills to work all aspects of shipping/receiving
• Upholding the company's standards
• Work respectively with other departments to meet the company's needs
