Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Position Summary: The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be the lead HR partner supporting our brand-new Syracuse, NY facility (Syracuse - Diamond). The incumbent is a key component of our Syracuse - Diamond leadership teams in assessing, developing and implementing human capital strategies that support the A&D Sector and TTM enterprise HR strategy. The incumbent will be key in the success of the ramp-up and production start of the new facility. As a member of the Integrated Electronics HR team, the incumbent will work directly with peers to develop, collaborate, coordinate, and implement innovative Human Resource solutions. Key emphasis on transformation initiatives in organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management. This position will be supported by Corporate HR to include centers of expertise in total rewards, HRIS, regional shared services, talent acquisition, learning and talent management. This is a full-time position in which the incumbent is expected to work onsite in our East Syracuse, NY location. Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Required Education and Experience: Education: 4yr degree in Human Resource management or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred; Professional certification by either the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) strongly preferred Experience: 8+ years of experience in Human Resources with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years and a Master's degree; experience in Aerospace & Defense preferred #LI-EC1 Compensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $86,756 - $152,571Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
