The CoverMyMeds Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated Brand Director to lead our Brand team. This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand, Design and External Communications, and will lead a team of 2 (Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager) with additional contractor support. Your team will work in close partnership with our Product Marketing, Research, Demand Gen, and Marketing Operations teams to deliver work up and down the funnel. This is a hands-on leadership role and you and your team will be responsible for shaping and implementing the brand identity and positioning at the CoverMyMeds brand level and for specific products and solutions under the CoverMyMeds brand. You and your team will own the development of the value proposition and messaging at all levels of the marketing funnel, identifying and managing the development of content opportunities at the segment and brand level, and executing awareness campaigns that help drive growth. This team is also responsible for overseeing the copy development to support marketing and sales enablement needs, managing external agencies and contractors. The CoverMyMeds marketing organization has a primary role of Commercial Marketing. We are rooted in McKesson's values, have a caring culture, and work as one-team in an integrated operating model. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
