**SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED** In need of 2 project managers to manage projects from beginning to end in a smaller but growing group within a large aerospace enterprise organization. Consultants could be assigned to a variety of projects ranging from hardware refreshes, software implementations, modernization projects, etc so candidates must be adaptable and willing to change gears. These project managers will work at the direction of program managers who are driving the technical strategy with the business; the project managers will drive execution, task management, risk management, timeline tracking, etc. The environment is primarily waterfall due to the requirements of some of the government funding that supports these projects, though they use Agile methodologies where they can. Ideal candidates should be comfortable in both environments. ServiceNow is used for project tracking, but someone knowledgeable in MS Project or another tool is fine as long as they're willing to learn ServiceNow. *Job Description:* Responsible for providing project planning for established initiatives. This role ensures projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. Provide Technical Project Thought Leadership regarding technology concerns. Will use their industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management. Provide project manager leadership and help foster a work culture that recognizes, supports individual differences in work-styles, personalities, cultures and values to maximize team performance and effectively achieve project goals and timelines. Key Responsibilities: *Drive projects from Inception to delivery managing budget, timelines, and quality goals. Identify, analyze, mitigate and proactively respond to project, financial and operational risks. *Execute delivery process so that the distributed resources can work as an effective, objective driven and collaborative global team *Deliver project status reports to stakeholders *Support the gathering of requirements and collaborate with engineers and Program Managers *Skills* project management, infrastructure, ServiceNow *Top Skills Details* project management, infrastructure *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
